Avalon of Naples is a small, gated community of carriage homes, developed by Neal Communities in 2016 and completed in 2020. Built on 17-acres, the community consists of 19 coastal-themed buildings with 8 units per building for a total of 152 units. The community is anchored by a lake and nearly 6-acres of natural preserves. The development was constructed in three phases:

• Avalon I, consisting of 7 buildings (56 units)

• Avalon II, consisting of 6 buildings (48 units)

• Avalon III, consisting of 6 buildings (48 units)

Each building in Avalon of Naples is virtually identical consisting of four floor plans with two of the same models in each building. The models are as follows:

• Keswick – a 1,339 SF ground floor unit with two bedrooms, two baths and a one car garage

• Kendall – a 1,467 SF ground floor unit with two bedrooms, two baths and a one car garage

• Windemere – a 1,660 SF second level unit with two bedrooms, den, two baths and a one car garage

• Whitehaven – a 1,725 SF second level unit with three bedrooms, two baths and a two car garage
